FAQ

Is there a launch offer?

Until October 19, 2026, 23:59 Korea time, your first TarotMasters top-up gives you double Starlight: you get the same amount again as bonus Starlight. It applies to one first top-up per person, and bonus Starlight is promotional and not refundable.

Is it free?

One card a day is free. Whatever you choose (a consultation, two paths, compatibility, yes or no, or the card of the day), the first card is free and you can ask about it up to 3 times (5 for yes or no and the card of the day). The rest of the cards open with 20 Starlight, and each master's special reading and the full reading are 35 Starlight. Just talking with a master without cards is free 10 times a day (shared with questions in the card guide), then 1 Starlight each.

Is it a subscription?

Starlight top-ups are not a subscription: you top up when you need it and nothing renews. For people who talk often there is a separate monthly membership ($7.99).

What does the membership include?

For $7.99 a month you get 120 Starlight with every payment (the same amount as the $9.99 pack), and while you are a member you can ask follow-up questions, draw one more card and just chat with every master up to 200 times a day without spending Starlight. You also get 3 free first cards a day. It renews monthly on the same day. Cancel anytime from Membership in the menu (Manage membership) and keep it until the paid month ends.

Are the tarot masters real people?

No, they are AI tarot masters. Each has their own personality and specialty, and readings are for reflection, not advice.

What can I ask about?

Anything on your mind: love and exes, crushes, friends and family, work and career changes, money, or just today. For medical, legal or investment decisions, please talk to a professional.

Can I keep talking after the cards?

Yes. Opening the rest of the cards includes 5 questions, and a full Celtic Cross reading (10 cards) includes 10. After that, each question is 5 Starlight.

Can other people see my reading?

No, not unless you share it yourself.
